BP CFO Services

Experienced Financial Leadership. Built Around Your Goals.

BP CFO Services is a service-disabled veteran-owned finance and accounting advisory firm that helps business owners and nonprofit leaders turn financial information into confident decisions.

Founder Bradley M. Petty, MBA, FMVA®, CMSA®, brings 18 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, controllership, and CFO leadership. His work spans day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategy.

Bradley holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from Columbia College and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. He also holds a Master’s Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University. In addition, he is certified as a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and a Capital Markets & Securities Analyst (CMSA®), and he is a QuickBooks Certified Advanced ProAdvisor.

A 10-year Marine Corps veteran, Bradley leads with the discipline, accountability, and mission focus he developed in service. He gives clients clear numbers, honest guidance, and a plan they can act on.

Bradley also serves on the boards of directors of multiple nonprofit organizations across the United States. That boardroom experience gives him firsthand insight into governance, fiduciary oversight, and the financial pressures that mission-driven organizations face.

Since founding the firm in 2021, Bradley has served clients in construction, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, consumer products, and the nonprofit sector. BP CFO Services is based in Arlington, Texas, and works nationwide with companies that have $5M to $100M in annual revenue and with nonprofit organizations. Every engagement is built around your priorities:

  • Strengthening cash flow so you can operate with confidence
  • Protecting margins through better cost visibility and pricing
  • Funding growth with lender-ready forecasts and financial models
  • Preparing for a sale with clean financials and a defensible valuation

Your numbers should do more than report the past. They should guide what comes next.
